香港，中国 - Media OutReach - 2018年6月28日 - 香港教育大学（教大）校长张仁良教授于2018年6月21日到访河内，与越南教育培训部副部长Nguyen Van Phuc先生及世界银行（世银）代表会面，探讨在高速经济发展下越南高等教育的发展策略和未来路向。出席会议的尚包括教大的管理团队及十间越南大学的代表。

 

张教授随后拜访了世界银行驻越南首席代表Ousmane Dione先生。教大将与世银开展另一个合作项目，由教大专家团队为越南综合型重点大学，包括越南胡志明市国家大学、越南河内国家大学及岘港大学，就它们的变革、政策、管治、使命及愿景、财政及预算管理等方面分享经验及提供意见，以配合越南高等教育改革的大方向。

 

张教授表示：「教育改变未来。我们很高兴能参与世银项目，与世银及越南伙伴合作，提升及改革当地大学和教师教育的制度。这些项目将惠及越南数代人的发展，配合越南在东南亚经济体系的快速发展。」

 

他续说：「一带一路沿线国家的教育发展潜力很大。我们将加强与相关地区合作，支持当地教师教育发展。」

 

除越南世银项目外，教大近年亦为俄罗斯、白俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦及菲律宾提供多项教育顾问及培训服务。
