商会将代表赤道几内亚矿产和烃能源部于7月2日和3日在北京凯宾斯基饭店举办为期2天的投资者论坛。确认出席的大型中国能源企业包括中国电力集团、中化集团、新奥集团、中交集团、中国机械设备工程股份有限公司、五矿集团、中国燃气、北京燃气、晋城无烟煤矿业集团、中石油、中能、中海油等。

 

"我们期待在中国举办的赤道几内亚Ronda论坛上欢迎中国和全球利益相关方的光临。这将促使我们努力建设成功且具盈利的采矿业，正如我们在石油和天然气领域所做的努力一样。"矿产和烃能源部部长Gabriel Mbaga Obiang Lima表示。他将偕同其高级官员代表团于下星期前来北京。"在总统的领导下，我们的采矿、石油和天然气行业具备一项外国投资者看重的特点，那就是政策和法规的确定性。我们已经在一个可预测的可靠框架下运作了多年，这使我们的国家极具竞争力，我们将开发石油、天然气和矿产资源，以造福投资者和人民。"部长补充说。

 

2019年在北京举行的赤道几内亚Ronda许可证轮路演将展示该国在2019年石油及天然气许可招标下提供的27个石油及天然气区块，并宣传赤道几内亚在黄金、钻石、铝土矿和铁矿石等矿产方面的巨大潜力。值得强调的是，Gabriel Mbaga Obiang Lima还将在烃能源总干事和矿产及采石场总干事的陪同下，与中国投资者举行几次私人会议。

 

"赤道几内亚改革了其采矿、石油和天然气政策，以反映最佳国际实践，并不断提高投资者的法律确定性。正因如此，众多投资者对我们的北京论坛很感兴趣。商会认为这将有助于为赤道几内亚吸引更多投资和创造更蓬勃的就业机会。我们预计，赤道几内亚面向全球市场的外联及接触战略，将推动今年的许可证发放取得圆满成功，"商会战略主管Mickaël Vogel表示。
