截至20189月底,就合同总建筑面积而言,奥园健康生活在华南地区及广东省的商业运营服务供应商中分占第2及第3。奥园健康生活近年处于高速增长阶段,2015年至2017年期间商业运营服务收入年复合增长率超过97%,毛利年复合增长率达96.3%2018年首9月收入同比增长达155.4%,毛利同比增长近56%。奥园健康生活在6个城市向8个正在运营的商场提供商业运营服务,在管建筑面积约为377,000平方米,向25个商场订约提供商业运营服务,合同总建筑面积约为130万平方米。物业管理面积于20152017年间复合增长率超过28%,明显高于行业平均水平。物管业务覆盖11个省份、直辖市及自治区的25个城市,涉及总在管建筑面积约为1,043万平方米。
