台北,台湾 - Media OutReach  - 20181212 -AI人工智能能做到什么地步?搜狗公司品牌销售部总经理孙霏1211日出席由旺旺中时媒体集团于台北市松山文创园区所主办的「2018 台北国际创意节论坛」,介绍了搜狗强大的AI技术实力,孙霏在分享中强调,搜狗以语言为核心,进行人工智能的全面布局,可以提高用户的搜索体验。她还表示,搜狗不断摸索创新,打破场景限制,贯通搜索、交流、浏览等多个网民上网主流应用场景,不仅最大程度的覆盖各类人群,更可以让品牌的声音有效触达消费者。

 

驾驭未来 透过AI人工智能创造品牌优势

在用户日常使用产品的过程中,AI应用能有助于商业意图的识别,尤其语音搜索将更贴近自然用语、人性化的提问,强化短文本到对话内容的辨别;她举例「如果我想要送给一个十岁男孩的生日礼物,能够提高他的思维能力,该送甚么好呢?」透过AI运算,能更精准的识别意图,提供更优质的搜索体验,直接产生结果,答案可能会是乐高;而这功能就更能提高广告主的精准投放,能够基于了解用户过去的使用场景,而搜索出最适合的广告物料,进一步满足用户需求。

 

孙霏也举搜狗与兰蔻的合作为例,为了圣诞礼物购买,锁定三种核心人群,根据大数据的卷标提供综合搜索结果,锁定品牌辐射人群,在黏性浏览场景中,提供用户耳目一新的体验,创造营销佳绩。

 

孙霏说,AI技术虽出现已久,但未来的营销仍需紧密与AI技术结合,同时要加上文化创意,才能为营销带来更多经济上的变化,也同时为用户与广告主建立良好的连结。
