Meredith Swanson

Meredith Swanson earned her Bachelors of Fine Arts from East Carolina University in Musical Theater in 2005. Since then she has starred in Walt Disney World’s High School Musical and Playhouse Disney Live in Orlando, Florida.

Most recently she was the lead role in Davidson Community Players The Pajama Game, and this summer you can find her starring as “Roxie Hart” in their production of Chicago.Meredith is also a Teaching Artist for The Children’s Theatre of Charlotte as well as Music Director for the productions of “Mulan Jr.” and “Once on thisIsland.”

Her passion for music, drama and dance stretches beyond the stage to the classroom where she has been the music teacher in private schools and charter schools since 2010.
