Executive Chef Po Wang kicks off the first ramen night Tuesday, February 9 with Chicken Shio and Korean Double Fried Chicken Wings

Kansas City, Mo. (February 5, 2016) – As Summit’s owners continue to evaluate potential ramen shops, they are offering guests a preview of what’s to come with a featured $13 ramen dish and $8 appetizer created by executive chef Po Wang each Tuesday. The first ramen night begins Tuesday, February 9 from 4 – 10 p.m. and continues each Tuesday for a limited time.

Chicken Shio is the first ramen dish Summit will introduce to guests. The recipe created by Chef Po Wang incorporates authentic Japanese noodles, free-range Gerber Amish chicken, a farm egg and a full-bodied broth. Summit will announce the featured ramen dish each week via social media.
