Prevent Blindness Reminds Youth and Athletes of All Ages the Importance of Protecting Against 

Sports-Related Eye Injuries

Every year there are thousands of eye injuries in America related to participation in sports.  They could happen during a game of basketball, soccer, tennis, racquetball or any other athletic activity, but these eye injuries have one thing in common.  They very likely could have been prevented by simply wearing proper protective eyewear designed and safety rated for the purpose.
