Coyote Café has earned an international reputation for bringing ground-breaking Southwestern cuisine to the international stage since the late 1980’s. Both visitors and local consider this dining establishment a classic place to eat at on a regular basis. More often than not, most out-of-town visitors will make it there for a drink or a meal before leaving Santa Fe.

For visitors to Santa Fe, the Coyote Café & Cantina is considered a dining institution since it opened in 1987. The business was started by celebrity Chef Mark Miller. Chef Miller was instrumental in making modern southwestern cuisine part of the contemporary culinary food scene. General Manager Tori Mendes, Sommelier Quinn Stephenson and Chef Eric DiStefan bought the business from Mr. Miller in January of 2008.

For the discerning palate and those wanting to be in the know, Chef DiStefano has brought a fresh perspective to the Coyote Café. Chef DiStefano’s signature Elk Tenderloin and Fiery Hot and Sweet Mexican White Prawns have become masterpieces at the Coyote Café.
