CIFI Successfully Issues New US$300 Million Senior Perpetual Securities at Distribution Rate of 5.375% p.a.

HONG KONG, CHINA - Media OutReach - 13 December 2017 - CIFI Holdings (Group) Co. Ltd. ("CIFI" or the "Group", HKSE: 884), one of the Top 20 Real Estate Developers in China, announces that the Group successfully issues US$300 million senior perpetual capital securities at a distribution rate of 5.375% per annum. The net proceeds from the issue will be used to refinance its existing indebtedness.
Joint lead managers of the issue are ICBC International, HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, Haitong International, BOSC International, GF Securities, Guotai Junan International, Goldman Sachs, China Industrial Securities International, Chiyu Banking Corporation, CITIC CLSA Securities and Credit Suisse.
