网上平台零售收益喜得增长

  • 卡宾及其经销商于天猫、京东商城及微信等热门电子商贸平台经营网上店铺
  • 电子商贸零售收益总额增加超过32.0%至人民币1.28亿元 
  • 卡宾于福建投资一个配备半自动化仓储解决方案的物流中心,该物流中心将于二零一七年年底前投入营运
  • 预期物流中心将有助于提高营运效率、提升存货周转及拓展电子商贸业务

 

代销模式转营进展良好

  • 于二零一七年六月三十日,530间零售店铺以代销形式经营,约占零售店铺总数的63.1%

 

零售网络及表现

  • 卡宾及其经销商经营共840间零售店铺 
  • 拥有忠实客户群,VIP会员贡献约50%期内的零售额
  • 截至二零一七年六月三十日,二零一六年系列产品的售罄率超过73%,二零一七年春/夏季系列产品的售罄率超过58%
  • 实体店铺平均零售折扣约为20.8%,较二零一六年同期下降7个百分点

 

财务摘要

  • 收益减少24.3%至人民币4.06亿元
  • 毛利下降19.3%至人民币2.17亿元,毛利率增加3.3个百份点至53.5%
  • 期内溢利减少13.9%至人民币 8,800万元

  • 建议派付中期股息每股6港仙,派息比率约为41%
