提升NB品牌价值以推动长远增长

 

香港,中国Media OutReach - 二零一七年三月二十九日 - 自然美生物科技有限公司(「自然美」或「集团」;股份编号:00157)为大中华地区具领导地位的专业护肤及水疗服务供货商,今天宣布截至二零一六年十二月三十一日止年度之全年业绩。

 

截至二零一六年十二月三十一日止年度,集团营业额减少6.3%475,200,000港元(二零一五年:506,900,000港元)。由于中国大陆于二零一六年推行消费税条例新政策,加上集团加大市场推广优惠,整体边际毛利率下跌至74.3%(二零一五年:78.4%)。受惠于行政及分销费用下跌,除税前溢利上升15.2%196,200,000港元(二零一五年:170,400,000港元)。年度溢利上升8.5%148,400,000港元(二零一五年:136,800,000港元),每股盈利为7.4港仙(二零一五年:6.8港仙)。董事局建议派发末期股息每股3.27港仙(二零一五年:2.92港仙)及特别末期股息每股2.5港仙(二零一五年:零)

 

截至二零一六年十二月三十一日止年度,中国大陆市场之营业额以人民币计算仅下跌1.0%。然而,汇率换算影响,集团之中国大陆市场之营业额下跌7.7%至二零一六年之386,400,000港元。台湾市场之营业额上升0.8%85,700,000港元。另一方面,其他地区(包括香港、澳门及马来西亚)之销售额下降至3,200,000港元。该等地区对集团营业额之贡献仍然轻微,仅占集团营业额0.7%

 

集团收益主要来自其水疗中心及百货公司专柜等分销渠道网络。于二零一六年十二月三十一日,集团共有1,069间水疗中心及13个专柜,于回顾年内,集团合共开设63间新店铺,另关闭53间店铺。

集团非常着重于研究及开发,让其保持竞争优势,以持续改善现有产品的质素及开发新产品。于截至二零一六年十二月三十一日止年度,集团旗舰美容护肤品牌NB-1的系列产品,带来销售达到238,000,000港元,占本集团二零一六年所录得的产品销售总额逾50%。通过有效的产品线合理化规划,NB-1于回顾年内成功推出多款新产品。其中,院线护理产品不但加强并巩固了自然美护理于美容院的地位,同时也增加了品牌的忠诚度。新产品获得非常好的反响,尤其是NB-1盈采臻亮精华素,上市后市场反应热烈,销售高达36,000,000港元。
