莫斯科, 俄罗斯 - Media OutReach Newswire - 2025年9月30日 - 俄罗斯最大的合成橡胶和聚合物生产商西布尔(SIBUR)参加了在上海举行的橡胶技术展览会(RubberTech)。展会期间,公司介绍了在轮胎生产过程中以合成异戊橡胶替代天然橡胶的前景。 异戊橡胶是一种合成橡胶,其化学结构和性能与天然橡胶极为相近。该材料具有无杂质、粘度稳定等优势。此外,异戊橡胶在加工前无需烘胶,从而可节省电能。 西布尔专家进行了系列测试,以评估在轮胎的不同部位(包括胎面、胎体、胎侧和气密层)部分或完全使用异戊橡胶替代天然橡胶的情况。 西布尔表示,如果将胎面中的高达50%的天然橡胶用异戊橡胶替代,混炼胶性能基本不变的同时可以降低成本。此外,异戊橡胶在压延和成型的过程中尺寸稳定性高,能降低产品缺陷。 西布尔指出,在轮胎胎体中,将异戊橡胶与天然橡胶混合,可得到耐疲劳性能更优、在动态载荷下升温更慢的材料。但是当异戊橡胶在混合物中的比例超过55%时,加工性能有所下降。 在轮胎胎侧,即使高达50%的天然橡胶被异戊二烯橡胶替代,成品橡胶的关键性能——强度、弹性和抗撕裂性也几乎保持不变。西布尔研究还表明,含异戊橡胶的胶料具有更好的抗老化性能。 在轮胎气密层中,用异戊橡胶替代高达20%的天然橡胶,对性能几乎没有影响,且在加工性能和气密性方面还能略有改善。 因此,西布尔认为,在轮胎和其他橡胶制品的多个部件中,异戊橡胶可以部分替代天然橡胶,保持产品性能的同时还能降低成本。 此外,使用异戊橡胶还能确保符合欧盟《零毁林法案》(EUDR),该法案禁止与森林砍伐有关的产品进入欧盟市场。天然橡胶的溯源较为困难,异戊橡胶提供了一个快速经理的方案:该类产品产自石化工厂,来源清晰、易于追踪溯源。 目前,西布尔在俄罗斯正与轮胎制造商合作开发新型合成橡胶,目标是将来完全替代天然橡胶。 Hashtag: #西布尔
