金斯瑞生物科技是一家领先的生命科学研究与应用服务及产品的提供商，其专有技术被应用于多个领域，包括基础生命科学研究、转化生物医学开发、工业合成产品以及细胞治疗解决方案。其细胞疗法业务由传奇生物科技经营，该公司从事肿瘤和其他适应症的新型细胞疗法的发现和开发。

2020年3月，众达国际法律事务所还代表金斯瑞生物科技处理传奇生物科技约1.6亿美元的上市前融资。

 

上述首次公开发行和同期私人配售已于今天（2020年6月8日）完成。
