华懋集团地产业务董事总经理区庆麟表示：「集团非常高兴投得该住宅发展项目，这将是华懋首次与市建局携手合作。该项目位处九龙西市中心，地段优越，交通便利。项目三面单边，预期落成后可坐拥开扬景观。我们计划发展一个提升社区生活环境的可持续发展项目，迎合市民大众的住屋需求。」

 

深水埗东京街/福荣街发展项目的地盘面积约1,070平方米。项目完成后，预计可提供上限约为9,670平方米的总楼面积。
