"台湾是中美关系中难解且敏感的议题。两大势力的斗争往往伤及第三者。一些国家成了国际地緣政治争端的棋子。台湾则面临成为地缘政治棋子的困境，必要时用以羞辱中国，或可能被牺牲掉。

 

2003年，当美国要求联合国安理会授权其占领伊拉克时，需要取得包括中国在内的五个常任理事国的同意。而中国答应同意的条件是台湾不得加入联合国。当年小布什总统因此对陈水扁总统施加了莫大的压力，台湾成为了美国地缘政治的牺牲品。而今，面对2020年的台湾大选即将到来以及2019年9月6日的台美军购案，台湾有可能再次成为被美国交易的筹码。

 

随着中美冲突加剧，局势只会更加紧张，台湾只有平衡好与中美之间的关系，才是明智的安全之举。
