Johnson Electric to increase ownership interest in Halla Stackpole Corporation to 80%

HONG KONG, CHINA - Media OutReach - 21 March 2017 - Johnson Electric Holdings Limited ("Johnson Electric") (HKSE: 179) today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire an additional 50% equity interest in Halla Stackpole Corporation ("HSC") for Korean Won 93.9 billion (approximately US$83.8 million).
