香港,中国 - Media OutReach - 2019年10月8日 - 中国大型住宅及商业综合体开发商 ─ 佳源国际控股有限公司("佳源国际",连同其附属公司统称"集团",香港联交所股份代号:02768)欣然宣布,获国际评级机构穆迪投资者服务公司(下称"穆迪")上调公司家族评级至"B2",评级展望为"稳定"。

 

穆迪表示,调升佳源国际的公司家族评级,反映了集团在注入创办人兼主席沈天晴先生的安徽省物业开发公司项目以及减少股份质押贷款后,令集团控制权变更的风险减少。其中,沈天晴先生安徽资产的注入已于8月份完成,其质押股份的贷款亦于过去两个月中显著减少,穆迪认为,此举有助于降低公司控制权变更的风险。

 

另外,穆迪指出,沈先生安徽资产的注入能够支撑集团于未来12至18个月的销售以及其资金流动性,并预计集团合约销售将增至人民币250亿至300亿之间。资产注入完成后,集团业务版图将扩展至与其它拥有"B2"评级的同业相当之水平。

 

穆迪又称,佳源国际的预计信贷评级将支撑其获得"B2"的评级,未来12至18个月内,集团的财务状况将维持在健康水平。除此以外,集团过去在其核心市场江苏省的优秀表现以及其高性价比土地储备亦是调升评级的考虑因素之一。

 

公司副主席兼总裁、执行董事张翼先生表示:"集团再获穆迪将评级调升至'B2',反映了佳源国际在业务表现以及优化债务结构方面的努力再度获得资本市场的肯定。随着8月份集团完成对安徽省物业开发项目公司的收购后,公司的优质土储大幅增加并拓展业务版图至安徽省,配合安徽项目的销售,集团有信心完成全年销售目标。此后,集团亦将继续优化财务结构,配合国家政策,持续发展长三角、粤港澳大湾区以及'一带一路'沿线地区的优质项目,为股东创造最大回报。"
