Diamondback Offers Human Support at Wildflower Triathlon

KENT, Wash. – April 29, 2015 – This weekend,Diamondback Bicycles heads to Lake San Antonia, Calif. as the official bike sponsor of the 2015 Wildflower Triathlon. Although a relative newcomer to Triathlon, Diamondback Bicycles plans to pack a lot into its first consumer event for the new Serios Triathlon/TT bike at Wildflower by offering Human Support. Each morning at the Diamondback expo triathletes and their cheering squads (read families) can enjoy complimentary espresso to get the day kick-started. Throughout the days, Diamondback Bicycles human support team will be roaming the grounds on the Diamondback UTV with water and cool summer treats to keep you hydrated and happy. One lucky winner will need to find a way to bring a new Serios home from Wildflower, while everyone in attendance can obtain special pricing on the new bike.

Diamondback’s pro triathlete Rachel McBride has made this year’s Wildflower a focus in her 2015 season. McBride’s early season training helped hone in her position on the Serios and to squeeze every ounce of drag out of the already fast bike. The Wattie Ink team is now on Diamondback and several of the team’s elite members are the first to get their hands on the new bike.
