Barrel 31’s full brunch menu will be available, including two new dishes from Executive Chef Eric Carter

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (April 30, 2015) – Barrel 31 will celebrate Mother’s Day on Sunday, May 10 by offering all moms, grandmas and motherly figures a complimentary brunch entrée from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. In addition, mimosas will be $3 each, as they always are during Barrel 31’s weekend brunch. The Barrel 31 brunch menu now features two new additions created by Executive Chef Eric Carter, the Espresso-Glazed Sticky Bun and the Breakfast Poutine.

Barrel 31 is now accepting reservations for parties of all sizes for Mother’s Day brunch. Diners can make a reservation in the restaurant, or by calling (816) 569-3801.

Whole Oat Banana Pancakes (Gluten Free) – House-ground whole oats, honey, fresh fruit

Bread Pudding French Toast – Brioche bread pudding, house-made syrup, fresh fruit

Skinny Britches – Large bowl of fresh fruit, yogurt

Breakfast Sliders – Scrambled eggs, jack cheese, bacon, tomato, arugula, spicy aioli, roasted potatoes

Big Boy Breakfast Burrito – Flour tortilla, scrambled eggs, bacon, onion, jalapeño, tomatoes, gouda ale fondue, jalapeño sour cream, roasted potatoes

Pork Hash – Braised pork, roasted potatoes, mushrooms, onions, fried eggs 

Eggs Ben-Addiction – Bacon fat biscuit, seared pork belly, fried eggs, hollandaise, roasted potatoes

Steak & Eggs Benedict – Bacon fat biscuit, flat iron steak, poached eggs, béarnaise, Brussels sprouts

Fat Madame – Brioche, fried egg, crispy pork belly, gouda mornay, fresh fruit  

Biscuits and Gravy – Bacon fat biscuits, house-made sausage gravy

Breakfast Poutine* – House-cut fries, smoked duck gravy, cheese curds, two fried eggs

Hakuna Frittata – Bourbon-braised mushrooms and onions, roasted tomatoes, goat cheese, arugula, fresh fruit
